SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION POLICY

Your subscription will automatically renew for one year. If our subscription prices increase, your subscription rate will stay the same if you do not cancel your subscription. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected. If your subscription lapses and you resubscribe, you will pay the new price of the subscription.

DAMAGED, BENT OR OUT OF SHAPE BOX, BOOKS, OR JOURNAL

If your subscription issue comes damaged, bent or out of shape, we’ll happily send you a new edition. Please send us a photo of the bent or out of shape edition, and we’ll send you a new copy via UPS Ground at no charge to you whatsoever.

REFUNDS

To ask for a refund of your subscription, please email subscriptions@focusfineart.net. We will refund you the amount you paid divided by the number of boxes you’ve been sent. For instance, if you pay $1395.95 for a quarterly subscription, and you cancel your subscription after one art crate, you’ll be refunded $1,046.97. If you cancel your subscription after 2 art crates, you’ll be refunded $697.98. After three art crates, $348.99.
